Contour Chair is designed to provide younger children with an easily buildable chair that can be converted into a stool. The simplistic yet intricate form is designed to fit two chairs on one 3/4” thick plywood sheet, and is brought to life via a CNC machine. The chair has a large focus on comfort and ergonomics designed through the gradual change in depth of the base and backing of the seat. Each piece can easily slot into the fiction fit connectors to maintain its shape.
